There are basically eight different floor plans in the three different building types. All units will be two or three stories. Several plans will have master bedrooms upstairs to take advantage of some of the more spectacular views. Every plan with a master bedroom upstairs will have the option of an elevator, as well as stairs. Where available, every plan has been designed to take advantage of views of the golf course, lakes, or of the many private gardens we will be creating. We are extremely excited about the unique, open, high-volume spaces that our team has created.

The exterior of our units will have a "Spanish Colonial to Mediterranean" design with tile roofs and stucco exteriors and extensive landscaping. The interiors (while ultimately designed by the buyer) will have high-volume ceilings, top-of-the-line appliance packages, numerous windows that will allow maximum views, and light and a feel of elegance to meet the expectations of the most discriminating buyer.

As our plans and elevation renderings are completed, we will be adding them to this site, so please be patient with us and visit this site often.
