The amenity center, at the entrance of the Villas, is positioned on one of the many private lakes within the Hollytree Development and has been designed to provide a home away from home, where friends can meet and greet. The interior of the center will provide a large living space with TV and fireplace and a casual atmosphere. The design will allow the residents to congregate and get to know each other or be reserved for meetings or special occasions. There will also be a workout room with exercise equipment. An abundance of glass will give the sense of being outdoors and will provide views of the private terraces, covered porch and outdoor fireplace and gardens with water features.
